第4条─歴史に学び得る問い掛け、子供とは何か？
1.─神の子であるとは ─
神と子とは、無から生まれ出でた神自身であり、この地球、又天国世界の居住者である。それは、神に対し、不信仰で無く、信心深く愛を持って接し、神の子として自ら誇りを持つ子を言う。
2.─歴史背景から観た家庭観─
神である創造主自らが望んだ天使や人間を基盤とした世界人口である家庭観である。
第5条─世界的インフラの整備のための現在の世界との婚姻─
1.━カード会社から支給されるカード会社の無償投資 ─

4.─カードの金銭の提供の条件─
一時的では無く、未だ結婚して居ない個人に対し、エルアイカードによる月100万エルアイを寄贈する。社会人、又、老後の年金受給者にも対する。そしてお姫様婚活をして結婚を決めた家庭内グループの人らには、祝福として、無償でのカードポイント、個人に付き月150万エルアイと、天国での家の提供を受ける事が出来る。
それ以外の子供らへは、16歳未満の子につき月20万エルアイでの無償投資を受けることが出来る。
現在、National唯一党部門エルアイカード会社で世界の為に刷っている番号入りのカードは、私の言う限りあの悪共以外に刷っているのであり、そのカード会社は、健全な交易会社として、社内の整頓をし、悪の子らは、クビを切られなければならない。
第6条─国家投資先の貧困国 はどうしたらいいか？
1.─ドルからカードへ─

日本及び世界市民のそれぞれの家の提供者により、苦しめられている子らへ、愛を持って宣言する。現在に至るまでの福音で、それらの者にお金を払ってはいけない。彼らは土地を有償で貸す代わりに何億万もの利益をそれによって得ていた邪悪な人権侵害者である。よって、自分らを守る為にその者らに金を渡さぬようにしなさい。これは長々と続いて来た元々あった地主制度が悪であるものの所為です。
